Honeywell Heat Meters
Honeywell heat meters are the EW700 series ultrasonic heat meters (order codes EW7001AM…) offered by Resideo under the Honeywell brand. Ultrasonic measurement with no moving parts ensures a long service life; the meters can be read out via the standard M-Bus and IrDA interfaces, and the calculator unit stores heating and cooling energy in separate registers. They are MID Class 2 approved, and the manufacturer specifies a battery life of 10 years.
For apartments, sizes from DN20 to DN40 are available. The DN20 (¾") body connects to the pipework with 1" threaded unions.
