How export ordering works

1. Send your list. Brand and model (or the required specification), DN size, quantities and destination country, by WhatsApp or e-mail. Not sure about the model? Send the design flow rate and pipe size and we will recommend the right size.
2. Receive a quotation. A written quote in EUR or USD with unit prices, stock and lead time, and the freight cost to your country (for large quantities we send a freight quote).
3. Proforma invoice and payment. After you confirm the quote we send a proforma invoice with our bank details (IBAN and SWIFT/BIC). Pay by international bank transfer in the currency shown and send us the payment confirmation (for example the SWIFT copy).
4. Dispatch from Istanbul. In-stock items are dispatched from Istanbul once payment has been confirmed, together with a commercial invoice. The tracking number is sent by e-mail; import clearance, duties and taxes in your country are handled and paid by the buyer.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Single items can be ordered directly on novus.tr, with or without a customer account. For large quantities and project orders we send a written quote, including volume prices for residential complexes, apartment blocks and projects; both small and project quantities are quoted.

Can you ship to my country?

Yes, we ship worldwide from Istanbul, Türkiye. Shipping cost is calculated by destination and weight, and for large quantities we send a freight quote. Transit time depends on the destination, the shipping method and customs clearance; import duties and taxes in your country are paid by the buyer.

Which documents come with the order?

Every order ships with a commercial invoice; for a company invoice, give us your company name and tax or VAT number. Before payment you receive a proforma invoice with our bank details, and after dispatch the tracking number is sent by e-mail.

Are the heat meters MID approved and EN 1434 compliant?

Each product page states the MID approval and accuracy class of the meter, for example MID (Germany) Class 2 for Minol Zenner C5 IUF and MID (Romania) Class 2 for Calmet PM02. Heat meters are covered by EN 1434 and heat cost allocators by EN 834. Re-verification intervals are set by national rules, so check your local requirements.

How do I choose the right DN size for a heat meter?

Choose the size by the design flow rate, not only by the pipe size. As a guide (Calmet PM02 data): DN20 = Qn 2.5 m³/h, DN25 = 3.5 m³/h, DN32 = 6 m³/h, DN40 = 10 m³/h, DN50 = 15 m³/h, DN100 = 60 m³/h. Apartments with a heating manifold usually need DN20, higher-flow apartments, shops and villas DN25–DN40, boiler rooms and building inlets DN50 and up.
