How to pay

• Pay in the currency shown on your order confirmation or proforma invoice (USD or EUR), to the account for that currency.
• Write your order number or invoice number in the payment reference so that we can match your payment quickly.
• Bank charges of your bank and of any intermediary banks are paid by the buyer. Please choose the charge option OUR so that the full invoice amount reaches our account.
• After making the transfer, send the payment confirmation (for example the SWIFT copy) to bilgi@novus.tr or via WhatsApp to +90 555 005 99 84.
• Your order is processed once the payment has been credited to our account, unless other payment terms have been agreed in writing.
