GF+ Aquasystem PP-R Welding Machine Bench Type Ø160 mm — A bench (trolley) type welding machine for aligned and controlled welding of large-diameter PP-R pipes and fittings. Because the pipe and fitting are pressed together axially on slides, it gives a much more uniform joint at large diameters than hand welding.

Values per DVS 2207-11 at +20 °C ambient and 260 °C heating tool temperature. Below +5 °C, extend the heating time by about 50%. Heating time starts when pipe and fitting are fully seated on the heating dies; during the joining time the parts may be aligned axially without twisting.
