NVS AISI 316 Stainless Steel Tri-Clamp Ferrule and Clamp Set DIN 32676
NVS AISI 316 stainless steel tri-clamp ferrule set: butt-weld ferrule with tri-clamp. Size range: Ø21.3–Ø139.7 mm (18 sizes). This hygienic quick-connect set consists of a butt-weld ferrule and a tri-clamp; loosening the clamp opens the joint quickly for cleaning.

Selection and installation notes
- The ferrule is welded to the pipe; a gasket is fitted between two ferrules and tightened with the clamp. Choose the gasket material to suit the product and the cleaning chemicals.
- The clamp opens in one movement, so it is preferred at points on the line that are taken apart often.
- Grade 316 contains molybdenum and resists chloride media and sea water better than 304.
- Direct contact between stainless steel and galvanized or carbon steel can cause galvanic corrosion; use insulation (washers, unions) between different metals.
