NVS AISI 304 Stainless Steel Tri-Clamp Ferrule Set DIN 32676
NVS AISI 304 stainless steel tri-clamp ferrule set: weld-end ferrule with tri-clamp. Size range: Ø21.3–Ø139.7 mm (16 sizes). This sanitary quick-connect set is made up of a weld-end ferrule and a tri-clamp; loosening the clamp lets the joint be opened quickly for cleaning.
AISI 304 (1.4301) is a general-purpose chromium-nickel stainless steel. It is widely used in water, heating and cooling, compressed air, food processing and indoor and outdoor applications.

Selection and installation notes
- The ferrule is welded to the tube; a gasket is placed between two ferrules and the joint is tightened with the clamp. Select the gasket material to suit the product and the cleaning chemicals.
- Because the clamp opens in one movement, it is preferred at points on the line that are dismantled often.
- Choose grade 316 where sea water, salty environments or chloride cleaning chemicals are present.
- AISI 304 is intended for general use; choose AISI 316 for chloride media, sea water and swimming pool applications.
- Direct contact between stainless steel and galvanized or carbon steel can cause galvanic corrosion; use insulation (washers, unions) between different metals.
