NVS AISI 304 (A2-70) stainless steel lifting eye bolt: ring-head lifting bolt, metric thread. Size range: M6–M20 (6 sizes). This bolt has a ring-shaped head and is used to create a lifting and securing point. A chain, rope or hook is attached through the ring.
AISI 304 (1.4301) is a general-purpose chromium-nickel stainless steel. It is widely used in water, heating and cooling, compressed air, food processing and indoor and outdoor applications.

Selection and installation notes
- Tighten until the base face seats fully; the ring must be in the same plane as the load direction. Loading perpendicular to the ring plane carries a risk of breakage.
- Load capacity depends on thread diameter and load angle; check the DIN 580 load table before use.
- A2 (304) is suitable for fresh water, indoor and food environments; in sea water, chlorine and acidic environments, choose A4 (316).
- Direct contact between stainless steel and galvanized or carbon steel can cause galvanic corrosion; use insulation (washers, unions) between different metals.
