Novus Ø75 mm HDPE Manifold
Ø75 mm HDPE Manifold is an HDPE (PE100) manifold made from a Ø75 mm body with a 61 mm internal diameter, with a project-specific length and branch layout. At a water velocity of 1.0–1.5 m/s it is suitable for flow rates of 10.6 – 16.0 m³/h and, at ΔT = 20 K, a thermal output of 248 – 371 kW. Branch sizes, outlet directions and connection type are specified with the order.

What capacity is a Ø75 mm manifold suitable for?
With a body inner diameter of 61 mm, the cross-sectional area is 0.0030 m². Using Q = A × v × 3600, the recommended flow rate is 10.6 – 16.0 m³/h; with P = Q × 1.163 × ΔT, the thermal capacity at ΔT = 20 K is 248 – 371 kW. If your heating circuit runs at ΔT 15 K, capacity drops by about one quarter.
Number of branches suitable for this body
The manifold body cross-section is selected to be at least 1.5 times the total cross-sectional area of the branches. For a Ø75 mm body, this rule gives the following upper limits:
| Branch size | Recommended max. quantity |
|---|---|
| Ø25 mm | 5 pcs |
| Ø32 mm | 3 pcs |
| Ø40 mm | 2 pcs |
| Ø50 mm | 1 pc |
Values are based on the cross-section rule only; the exact number depends on the center-to-center spacing, valve/fitting width and body length.
Connection and end options
Outlets can be made as butt fusion, electrofusion, flanged (PE flange adapter + steel flange) or threaded adapter connections; different types can be combined on the same body. The body ends are closed with blind plugs, dished caps, flanges, weld ends or threaded ends. Ball/butterfly valves, pressure gauge–thermometer pockets, drain valves, air vent connections, support legs and brackets are added on request.
Made to measure
For the Ø75 mm body, the length, number of branches and center-to-center spacing can be produced in any combination. When you select the dimensions in the manifold configurator, a dimensioned A4 technical drawing, a 3D model and a quote summary are generated instantly; you can also send your drawing via WhatsApp to get a price and lead time.

Frequently asked questions
What capacity is a Ø75 mm manifold suitable for?
A Ø75 mm body is suitable for a flow rate of 10.6 – 16.0 m³/h at a water velocity of 1.0–1.5 m/s. Assuming ΔT = 20 K, this corresponds to approx. 248 – 371 kW of thermal output — roughly a heating plant for 30 apartments. At other ΔT values, capacity changes proportionally.
What is the price of the Ø75 mm HDPE Manifold?
The price is project-specific, as it is calculated from the body length, number and size of branches, connection type, pressure rating and options. Send us your dimensions and we will get back to you with the price and lead time.
Do I specify the body length and number of branches myself?
Yes. Length, number/size of branches, outlet directions and center-to-center spacing are all made to your drawing. You can make your selections in the configurator and print an A4 technical drawing.
