Novus Ø200 mm PP-R Manifold
Ø200 mm PP-R Manifold is a PP-R (PPRC) manifold made from a Ø200 mm body with a 164 mm internal diameter, with a project-specific length and branch layout. At a water velocity of 1.0–1.5 m/s it is suitable for flow rates of 75.7 – 113.6 m³/h and, at ΔT = 20 K, a thermal output of 1.76 – 2.64 MW. Branch sizes, outlet directions and connection type are specified with the order.

How does pricing work?
- The unit price is per 1 meter of manifold body (EUR, excl. VAT).
- Minimum order: 1 m; the length increases in 0.5 m steps. You set the length with the Length (m) option on the product page.
- 1 branch per 0.5 meter is included in the price — e.g., a 2 m body includes 4 branches free of charge. Additional branches are charged extra.
- Standard branches are supplied with a PP-R weld end and a male threaded adapter.
- Parts at extra charge: flanged outlet, pressure gauge and thermometer pockets, ball/butterfly valve, drain valve, strainer, support legs/brackets and insulation.
- Both ends of the body are closed with blind caps; the inlet connection is optional.
- For a longer body, a different branch layout or custom fabrication, you can request a quote via WhatsApp.
What capacity is a Ø200 mm manifold suitable for?
With a body inner diameter of 164 mm, the cross-sectional area is 0.0210 m². Using Q = A × v × 3600, the recommended flow rate is 75.7 – 113.6 m³/h; with P = Q × 1.163 × ΔT, the thermal capacity at ΔT = 20 K is 1.76 – 2.64 MW. If your heating circuit runs at ΔT 15 K, capacity drops by about one quarter.
Number of branches suitable for this body
The manifold body cross-section is selected to be at least 1.5 times the total cross-sectional area of the branches. For a Ø200 mm body, this rule gives the following upper limits:

Connection and end options
Outlets can be made as PP-R weld ends (unthreaded), brass external threads, brass internal threads, unions, flanges or valves; different types can be combined on the same body. The body ends are closed with blind plugs, dished caps, flanges, weld ends or threaded ends. Ball/butterfly valves, pressure gauge–thermometer pockets, drain valves, air vent connections, support legs and brackets are added on request.
