NVS - YELLOW SPLITTER

Yellow 2-way and 3-way splitters are used in air hose connections.

Made of brass.  Available in 3/8", 1/2" and 1/4" sizes.

A plumbing splitter is a fitting designed to change the direction of, or branch, pipes or cables, generally used in fields such as mechanical installations, electrical installations or pipelines.

What Is It Used For?

• Splitting the flow into two or more directions in pipelines.
• Simplifying cable distribution in electrical installations.

Types:

1. Pipe Splitter (Y Branch):
• Made of PVC, iron, copper or stainless steel.
• Used in water, gas or steam lines.
• Example: "T"- or "Y"-shaped fittings.
2. Electrical Splitter (Distribution Box):
• A junction box or splitter used to branch cables.
3. Ventilation Splitter (Duct Branch):
• A galvanized steel or aluminum part used to split air ducts in two directions.
