NVS AISI 304 Stainless Steel Flanged Rivet Nut
NVS AISI 304 stainless steel flanged rivet nut: flanged head, cylindrical body, internally threaded blind rivet nut. Size range: M3–M12 (7 sizes). This internally threaded rivet nut is inserted into a hole in thin sheet or profile and fixed by compressing it with a special tool. It creates a strong thread in thin material where the back side cannot be reached.
AISI 304 (1.4301) is a general-purpose chromium-nickel stainless steel. It is widely used in water, heating and cooling, compressed air, food processing and indoor and outdoor applications.

Selection and installation notes
- Installation requires a rivet nut tool; drill the hole to the diameter that suits the product size.
- Choose the length according to the thickness of the material being joined; check the length and flange dimensions in the table.
- Where the joint is in contact with aluminum or carbon steel, use insulation (gasket, plastic washer) against galvanic corrosion.
- AISI 304 is intended for general use; choose AISI 316 for chloride media, sea water and swimming pool applications.
