NVS AISI 304 Stainless Steel Dairy Union DIN 11851 (with Gasket)
NVS AISI 304 stainless steel dairy union: slotted round nut with gasket, dairy union type. Size range: Ø21.3–Ø139.7 mm (11 sizes). This food-grade pipe union with a gasket is tightened by a slotted round nut; the line can be taken apart for cleaning.
AISI 304 (1.4301) is a general-purpose chromium-nickel stainless steel. It is widely used in water, heating and cooling, compressed air, food processing and indoor and outdoor applications.

Selection and installation notes
- Sizes refer to the pipe outside diameter; match them to the outside diameter of your line pipe.
- Before ordering, confirm that the seal material is compatible with the product and the cleaning (CIP) chemicals.
- Where sea water, salty environments or chloride-containing cleaning chemicals are present, choose grade 316.
- AISI 304 is intended for general use; choose AISI 316 for chloride media, sea water and swimming pool applications.
- Direct contact between stainless steel and galvanized or carbon steel can cause galvanic corrosion; use insulation (washers, unions) between different metals.
