NVS AISI 304 Stainless Steel Ball Valve (Flanged, 3-Piece)
NVS AISI 304 stainless steel flanged ball valve: flanged on both ends, 3-piece body. Size range: ½″–4″ (9 sizes). This flanged ball valve has a body made of three parts; because the parts can be separated, the ball and seals can be replaced during maintenance.
AISI 304 (1.4301) is a general-purpose chromium-nickel stainless steel. It is widely used in water, heating and cooling, compressed air, food processing and indoor and outdoor applications.

Selection and installation notes
- The bolt circle and number of holes of the mating flange must match the line flange; check the bolt circle diameter in the size table.
- The ball and seals can be replaced by removing the body bolts; release the line pressure before maintenance.
- Choose grade 316 where sea water, salty environments or chloride-containing cleaning chemicals are present.
- AISI 304 is intended for general use; choose AISI 316 for chloride media, sea water and swimming pool applications.
- Direct contact between stainless steel and galvanized or carbon steel can cause galvanic corrosion; use insulation (washers, unions) between different metals.
