NVS AISI 304 Stainless Steel Screw Hook (Wood Screw Thread)
NVS AISI 304 stainless steel screw hook: wood screw thread, open hook. Size range: Ø3–Ø5 mm (3 sizes). This hanging fitting has a threaded shank that screws into wood and an open hook. It is used to hang or tie off rope, cord, chain or light objects.
AISI 304 (1.4301) is a general-purpose chromium-nickel stainless steel. It is widely used in water, heating and cooling, compressed air, food processing and indoor and outdoor applications.

Selection and installation notes
- The size indicates the outside diameter (3 – 5 mm); drilling a pilot hole of suitable diameter in the surface makes screwing in easier.
- The load is carried by the hook and the screw thread; no load rating is given, and it is not suitable for heavy loads.
- Contact with zinc-plated parts or parts made of other metals can cause galvanic corrosion.
- AISI 304 is intended for general use; choose AISI 316 for chloride media, sea water and swimming pool applications.
