NVS AISI 304 stainless steel fender washer: large outside diameter, center hole. Size range: M3–M20 (11 sizes). This washer has a noticeably larger outside diameter than a flat washer for the same bolt size. It spreads the load over a wider area and reduces crushing in soft materials.
AISI 304 (1.4301) is a general-purpose chromium-nickel stainless steel. It is widely used in water, heating and cooling, compressed air, food processing and indoor and outdoor applications.

Selection and installation notes
- Because the outside diameter is large, check the installation clearance in advance.
- Choose the bolt, nut and washer in the same grade; mixing grades upsets the corrosion balance of the joint.
- Where the joint contacts aluminum or carbon steel, use insulation (gasket, plastic washer) against galvanic corrosion.
- AISI 304 is intended for general use; choose AISI 316 for chloride media, sea water and swimming pool applications.
