NVS AISI 304 Stainless Steel Slip-On Flange DIN 2576
NVS AISI 304 stainless steel slip-on flange: slipped over the pipe and welded, raised face (RF). Size range: ½″–24″ (19 sizes). This raised-face slip-on flange is slipped over the pipe end and welded in place; it joins pipes, valves and pumps with a bolted connection.
AISI 304 (1.4301) is a general-purpose chromium-nickel stainless steel. It is widely used in water, heating and cooling, compressed air, food processing and indoor and outdoor applications.

Selection and installation notes
- The mating flange must have the same PN class and hole pattern; compare the bolt circle diameter and hole diameter in the dimension table.
- After welding, clean the area by pickling and passivation; watch for galvanic corrosion when joining to a carbon steel mating flange.
- For sea water, salty environments and areas where chloride cleaning chemicals are used, choose grade 316.
- AISI 304 is intended for general use; choose AISI 316 for chloride media, sea water and swimming pool applications.
