A union with 3/4 male connections on both sides. It can be used reliably in solar heating systems.

Thanks to its union design, it can easily be used in many applications. Made from first-class yellow brass.

A solar energy union is a special fitting used in solar energy systems to make pipe connections or for collector installation. It is generally made of stainless steel, brass or chrome-plated material and withstands high temperatures.

Intended Use

1. Solar Collector Connection:
• In solar energy systems, it provides the connection between the collector and the tank or the piping.
2. High-Temperature Resistance:
• Made of a material suitable for hot water (stainless steel).
3. Sealing:
• Prevents water leaks with a gasketed or PTFE-taped connection.

How Is It Installed?

1. Drain the system and stop the water flow.
2. Screw the union onto the collector outlet (use PTFE tape or a high-temperature gasket).
3. Connect the other end to the installation pipe.
4. Perform a pressure test to check for leaks.
