Minol ZENNER IUF Large Diameter Series

Minol ZENNER IUF is a flanged ultrasonic heat meter set for large-diameter heating and cooling lines: it consists of the IUF flow sensor with two ultrasonic measuring paths, a calculator unit and a PT1000 sensor pair.

The flow sensor transmits the measured volume to the calculator unit as a pulse signal; energy calculation and data logging take place in the calculator unit. Thanks to the two-path design, no straight pipe runs are required at the inlet or outlet.

Why Minol ZENNER IUF Large Diameter?

The IUF series offers a continuous range of sizes from DN50 to DN300 and allows old mechanical Woltman metering points to be converted to ultrasonic metering without major alterations. Long service life and maintenance-free measurement are important for metering at building and heating-plant level.

Installation, Reading and Re-verification

Install the meter in the position and at the mounting point specified in its manual; a strainer upstream of the meter and an isolating valve before and after it (for easy replacement) are recommended.
