KAS - Mini Ball Valve
Mini Ball Valve Installation
1- Two O-rings are fitted on the stems in the packing (gland) section.
2- Greased Teflon seats are fitted by hand into the valve body and the clamping nut.
3- The O-ring-fitted stem and the ball are installed, in that order, into the mini ball valve body with its Teflon seat. The clamping nut with its Teflon seat is tightened to a torque of 25+5 Nm. Assembled valves are tested, and handles are fitted only to products that pass the test.
4- Products with handles fitted are packed in 325*260*180 mm cartons (400/CARTON), 200 pcs per carton.
5- KAS valve products are 100% tested before packing.
