Karbosan A 36 R BF100 chop saw cutting disc: reinforced flat cutting disc for stationary cut-off machines. Size range: 300 × 3 × 25.4 mm – 400 × 4 × 40 mm (5 sizes). This reinforced, large-diameter metal cutting disc is used on stationary cut-off machines (chop saws); its label specifies cutting of steel (STEEL). It is used to cut steel profiles, pipes and bars.

Selection and installation notes
- The label reads METAL / STEEL and has no INOX marking; for cutting stainless steel, an INOX-marked disc (e.g. the Karbosan Inox cutting disc) should be preferred to avoid iron contamination.
- The arbor hole varies by size (25.4 / 30 / 40 mm); the machine spindle and flange must match.
- The label says No side grinding; do not grind with the side face of the disc. The maximum speed depends on the disc diameter; compare the label with the machine speed.
