Haustherm Heliroma PP-R Welding Die

The Haustherm Heliroma PP-R Welding Die is a heating die (bushing) fitted to the socket fusion welding machine. It heats the pipe end and the fitting socket at the same time; a separate die is required for each diameter.

In socket fusion welding, the pipe end and the fitting socket are heated at the same time; once the two melted surfaces are joined, the connection becomes a single piece. The heating die diameter must exactly match the diameter of the pipe to be welded.
