Haustherm Heliroma Electrofusion Tee
The Haustherm Heliroma Electrofusion Tee is an electrofusion fitting that fuses by means of an embedded heating wire. It is used in tight spaces where there is no room to maneuver a socket fusion machine and for repairing lines in service.
In electrofusion, a resistance wire embedded in the fitting is heated by electric current, creating a melt zone at the joining surface. It is used in tight spaces where there is no room to turn a socket fusion machine and for repairing lines in service. Heliroma manufactures electrofusion fittings in sizes Ø20–250 mm.
