Swing check valves are intended for use where backflow must be prevented. They allow water to flow in one direction only.• Can be installed horizontally or vertically.• The flow direction is marked on the valve.• When flow stops, it closes automatically with the help of an integrated spring and prevents backflow.• Its spring-loaded disc design minimizes water hammer.• The grooved ends allow fast and easy installation with grooved couplings.• The EPDM seal and bronze seat provide excellent sealing.• In product testing it successfully passed 84 bar body strength and 42 bar disc strength and leak tests.
