Standard Response

Duyar Upright Standard Response Sprinkler is easy to use and highly reliable. The sprinkler is installed on a specially designed pipe network so as to cover the area that requires protection. The liquid inside the glass bulb, one of the key parts of the sealing element, expands due to the heat generated by the fire and bursts the bulb. The temperature rating must be selected 30°C above the maximum expected ambient temperature. When the glass bulb of the sprinkler above the fire bursts, pressurized water strikes the deflector and is sprayed onto the fire. Only the sprinkler exposed to the temperature rise from the fire bursts and releases water. In areas without suspended ceilings, it is installed with the deflector facing upward. Water strikes the deflector and is discharged downward in a widening cone. Used in wet, dry and pre-action systems.
