How is the manifold price determined?
The price is calculated from the header material, the header diameter and length, the number and sizes of the branches (outlets), the connection type and the accessories required (valves, pressure gauge/thermometer pockets, drain, supports). That is why there are no list prices on these pages; you get a quote by making your selection in the configurator or by sending a drawing.
Up to what sizes do you manufacture?
We manufacture PPRC and HDPE manifolds with headers up to Ø400 mm, and stainless steel, hot-dip galvanized and black steel manifolds in DN500 and larger. The header length and center-to-center spacing are set according to the project.
Can I order without a drawing?
Yes. Simply choose the header diameter, the number and size of branches, the center-to-center spacing and the connection type in the configurator; we finalize the dimensions with you and submit them for your approval before manufacturing. If you have a dimensioned drawing, we build exactly to it.
