GF Hakan Plastik Aquasystem PP-R Hex Swivel Female Threaded Union
PP-R Hexagon Union with Swivel Nut, Internal Thread is a hexagon-body internal thread union with a swivel nut. It provides a detachable joint and allows equipment inlets and outlets to be disconnected without cutting the line.
The body is made of PP-R raw material and is joined to the pipe by socket fusion (polyfusion) welding. Since a welded joint has no seals or compression parts, there is no risk of leakage; the line can safely be concealed in walls and embedded in screed.
The threaded insert is made of brass and is embedded in the PP-R body during manufacture; since it is not fitted afterwards, it does not turn when tightened.
