GF Hakan Plastik Aquasystem PP-R Hex Male Threaded Adapter
PPR Hexagon External Thread Nipple is a hexagon-body external thread transition nipple. Its wrench flats allow tightening torque to be applied safely on large diameters.
The body is made of PP-R raw material and is joined to the pipe by socket fusion (polyfusion) welding. Since a welded joint has no seals or compression parts, there is no risk of leakage; the line can safely be concealed in walls and embedded in screed.
The threaded insert is made of brass and is embedded in the PP-R body during manufacture; since it is not fitted afterwards, it does not turn when tightened.
